Plan Reviews

The Fire Marshal performs all Fire Plan Reviews, attends all pre-construction meetings, and conducts all fire final inspections from initial underground fire line testing to fire equipment and fire suppression acceptance testing, to certificate of building occupancy inspections. The goal of the plan review process is to provide builders and developers with the information required for a safe and efficient construction or renovation.
