Seminole Recycles
Where can I recycle?
The City of Seminole offers all of its residents curbside recycling through Waste Management at no additional cost to the resident.
To request a curbside recycling bin, you may either call Public Works at (727) 397-6383 ext.1 or email cculp@myseminole.com
What can I recycle curbside?
Aluminum Cans – Any empty aluminum can such as soda or juice cans. Rinse and crush if possible.
Glass Bottles & Jars – Any empty glass jar or bottle (all colors). Labels okay. No caps or lids.
Milk & Juice Cartons – Any empty gable-top beverage container such as milk, half and half or orange juice cartons. Rinse and crush if possible.
Newspapers – Dry newspapers and inserts. No string or twine. It's okay to put inside a paper bag.
Plastic Bottles – Any empty plastic bottle with a “neck” opening smaller than the base, such as water, soda, shampoo or ketchup. No need to check for #1 or #2—just “check for a neck”. Bottles only ; no tubs, cups or bags. Labels okay. No caps or lids . Rinse and crush if possible.
Steel (Tin) Cans – Any empty steel cans such as soup cans. Labels and lids okay. Rinse if possible.
What if I am not a City of Seminole resident? Can I still recycle?
Yes, you may take your recyclables to a Pinellas County drop-off.

How do I dispose of electronics and/or chemicals?
You may either drop items off at the Pinellas County Household Electronics & Chemical Collection Center located at 2990 110th Ave N or visit a Pinellas County Mobile Collection Event.
