Where can I recycle?

The City of Seminole offers all of its residents curbside recycling through Waste Management at no additional cost to the resident.

To request a curbside recycling bin, you may either call Public Works at (727) 397-6383 ext.1 or email cculp@myseminole.com .

What if I am not a City of Seminole resident? Can I still recycle?

Yes, you may take your recyclables to a Pinellas County drop-off.

How do I dispose of electronics and/or chemicals?

You may either drop items off at the Pinellas County Household Electronics & Chemical Collection Center located at 2990 110th Ave N or visit a Pinellas County Mobile Collection Event.

To request a sidewalk repair in the City of Seminole, you may either call Public Works at (727) 397-6383 ext.1 or email cculp@myseminole.com .

To request a pothole repair in the City of Seminole, you may either call Public Works (727) 397-6383 ext.1 or email cculp@myseminole.com .

 

How do I report a streetlight that is out?

To report a streetlight that is out in the City of Seminole, you may either email Progress Energy at https://secure.progress-energy.com/sid/custservice/fla/selfservice/electric/streetlight?page=res or call Public Works at (727) 397-6383 ext. 1.

You will need to provide the closest address to the pole, the pole number and the problem i.e. off all of the time, on all of the time, broken globe.

 

I'm new to the City, how do I set up my utilities accounts?

You may contact Waste Management at (727) 572-8779 to set up your trash/recycling account.

To set up your water/sewer account, you may contact Pinellas County Utilities at (727) 464-4000.
